Graduate Researcher, Department of Mathematics, Michigan State University 2022 – present
- Developing Mayer path homology, a homology theory for directed graphs and path complexes built on N-nilpotent (Mayer) chain complexes, together with its persistent version.
- Computing topological features in Python (GUDHI, NumPy, PyTorch) and combining them with graph neural networks for molecular, dynamical and engineering data.
